International Congress
Delegates have been already been
chosen; the next round will be in 2011
For the second week of July (2007)
delegates from dozens of countries will once again assemble for the
International Congress. The United States delegation will consist
of three voting members, that will be selected by the NABO delegates at
the next meeting in February. Applicants are drawn from NABO
delegates, and they must be prepared to do some work in preparation.
Applications must be received by our NABO meeting Friday, February 16th.
To apply for consideration (either for
