The purpose
of the Congress
is to establish
a
framework and
relationship
between the Basque Government
and Diaspora Basques
for the
next four
years,
which,
among
other
things,
will discuss
programs and
assistance
of the Directorate for
Citizens and
Communities
Basque
abroad.
Contribution
from
the Basque clubs
and
federations
to
the content
of the Congress
is
welcome.
