Proposal:  Get each Basque club to sponsor at least one youth-focused event.  Then all converge for the NABO Convention in Elko, NV for a larger celebration dubbed "Gazte Eguna" that includes Basque Teen Olympics

Content:  it can vary (NABO can provide some ideas based on ages; see Gazte).  The key is to get youth to the club & connected to Basqueness.  Internet video conferencing via the free service of UStream.tv of some events is how we could meld groups together in Cyberspace, but several in-person events including one in each club are essential.

Scope:  Potentially global, but we can start this as a N.A.B.O. endeavor.  This can be presented as a motion for discussion at the upcoming World Basque Congress.  Thus this might become a regular event every four years, the year following the Congress.

Opening event:  Basque Teen Olympics (Elko Convention 2012)
Closing event:  NABO Convention 2013 (tba)
